With 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Rash began his career on-site with one of Australia’s largest concrete structure companies. He gained expertise in stakeholder management, project negotiations, and pre-construction planning while contributing to iconic projects including 447 Collins Street, West Side Place Stage 2, and the largest health infrastructure investment in Victoria, New Footscray Hospital.

Adrian’s experience working with one of Australia’s largest concrete structure companies saw him responsible for leading and training a team of Project Coordinators.
Involved in large-scale developments such as Australia 108, Queens Place, Paragon Apartments, and Footscray Hospital, Adrian’s speciality was in tendering for projects, from estimating to pricing the rate of schedules.
